How to archive a reported issue

If an incident is no longer relevant, you can mark them as archived and hide them from the View Issues list. To do this, Select the View Issues option from the Safeguarding tab.

On the View issues page, you can archive multiple issues at once by ticking the teckbox for each incident and clicking on the Archive seleted issues button.

You can also archive incidents on an individual basis. Click on the 3 dots menu next to the incident you’d like to archive and select the View incident option.

Next, click on the Status drop down field and change the value to Archvied.

Once archived, the incident will be moved to to the Archvied issues page.
