Provision Map allows you to export your pupils and their details into an Excel spreadsheet. Note: The export function can only be accessed if the user has Administer account permissions.
To export core pupil data in Provision Map, mouse over the Admin tab at the top of the page and select the Pupil details option from the drop down menu.
You will be redirected to a list of pupils that are currently enrolled at your school.
Exporting core data for all pupils
To export core pupil data for all pupils, click on the Export to Excel button above the list of pupils.
Provision Map will then generate a spreadsheet copy of the pupil details table, containing core pupil data for all of the pupils present on the system.
Exporting core data for a group of pupils
To export core pupil data for a group of pupils, apply a filter option to the list of pupils and click on the Export to Excel button.
For example, if you wanted to export core pupil data for your leaving year 11 pupils, you can filter the list by selecting the year group from the Year drop down menu.
Provision Map will then generate a spreadsheet copy of the filtered pupil details table, containing core pupil data for all of the pupils that meet the filter criteria.
