Provision Map allows you to merge pupil plans and/or provisions together. To do this, mouse over the Admin tab at the top of the page and select the Pupil details option from the drop down menu.
This will take you to the Pupil details page. Select which pupils you would like to merge together by ticking the checkbox next to each pupil’s name.
When you have selected the pupils you want to merge, click on the Merge pupils button above the pupils details list.
The plans and/or provisions of the pupils selected will now merge together for the first pupil. The second pupil will then be moved to the Archived pupils list.
