If a staff member forgets the password to their Provision Map account, a School Admin user can reset their password. To do this, mouse over the Admin tab and select the Staff details option from the drop down menu.
Select the staff whose passwords you wish to reset by ticking the checkbox next to their name and then clicking the Reset passwords for selected button.
A popup window will appear to confirm your choice. Once confirmed, the selected staff members will be sent an email with details on how to reset their password.
