How to set review reminder dates

You can set up reminder alerts within Provision Map, so that you never miss a review.

To set up email reminders, mouse over the Admin tab and select School settings from the drop down menu.

Scroll down to Review reminders or click on the Review Reminders option in the navigation menu on the left hand side of the screen.

You will be presented with various settings that control how review reminders work in your school’s Provision Map account. The available options are explained in more detail below:

 

Reminders by email

This setting controls whether or not review reminders are enabled. Set this to Yes to allow staff members to receive review reminder emails.

 

Plan review reminder recipients

This setting controls which staff members with the Receive review reminders permission are sent review reminder emails for plans.

Send to all staff: Plan review reminders will be sent to all staff members with the Receive review reminders permission.

Send to named teacher responsible for plan (in Pupil Information section): Plan review reminders will be sent to the staff member listed under Teacher in the Pupil Information section of a plan.

Send to all staff named on plan (including added to targets): Plan review reminders will be sent to the staff member listed under Teacher in the Pupil Information section of a plan, as well as the Key staff section of a plan target.

 

Remind me before

This setting controls how far in advance review reminders are sent to staff members.

 

Remind me on

This setting controls which day review reminders are sent to staff members.
